Sen. Aguirre honored

State Sen. Amanda Aguirre received the 30th Anniversary Partnership Award from the Arizona Commission of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for championing a 2007 law regarding audio switch technology.

“It has been my pleasure to work with the ACDHH to help advance technology for the deaf and hard of hearing community,” said Aguirre. Aguirre sponsored SB 1348 during the 2007 legislative sessions. The measure ensures that hearing aid cosnsumer will be informed avout the benefits of audio switch technology when they  buy a hearing aid device.
