Babaloo’s new in Ahwatukee

Babaloo’s brings a taste of Cuban cuisine and culture to Ahwatukee. The restaurant is owned and operated by Chef Robert Gonzalez, a local resident. He decided it was time to bring an authentic taste of Cuba to this community. The menu features tapas, Cuban entrees, Caribbean fusion, and daily specials. It also offers desserts created by the in-house pastry chef, Mayra Gonzalez. The restaurant is located at 1241 E. Chandler Blvd. www.babalooscubancafe.com.
