ING sponsors 'Juntos' Tour
ING, the Dutch global financial services company, partnered with Live Nation and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund to sponsor the Juntos en Concierto 2006 tour, featuring Latin stars Marc Anthony, Marco Antonio Solis and Laura Pausini.
The national, Hispanic consumer-focused sponsorship is ING’s innovative approach to emphasizing the importance for Hispanics to plan for their financial future.
"Juntos en Concierto gives ING an opportunity to support our Hispanic culture and diversity," said Ricardo Lopez Valencia, senior vice president and head of diversity markets for ING. "At the same time, we are introducing our company – and making it easier for people to better understand the importance of financial planning – particularly among Hispanic communities across the country."
ING’s research shows that despite growing affluence, relatively few bicultural Hispanics utilize financial products other than bank accounts.
