Brice heads LISC

New director for company helping non-profit community development

Teresa Brice

Brice has helped shape policy in Arizona as a member of the Regional Workforce Housing Task Force of Maricopa County, a member of the Arizona Housing Commission, and on the national advisory boards of the Enterprise Foundation and JP Morgan Chase.

In 1988, she co-founded Housing For Mesa, Inc., serving as a board member, then executive director and senior VP before attending Harvard last year. She is one of the original founders of the Mesa Association of Hispanic Citizens, a Latino advocacy organization in Mesa.

Brice recently completed a one- year Loeb Fellowship at Harvard University’s School of Design where she focused on leadership, smart growth, real estate development and politics.
