president/CEO of TMC Healthcare, has been elected to the governing board of Western Governors University, a nonprofit university offering flexible, competency-based online education. TMC HealthCare is Southern Arizona’s regional non-profit hospital system with Tucson Medical Center and El Dorado Hospital at its core.
