Phoenix Points of Pride

Do you have a Hispanic-related landmark or location you’d like to see honored as a Phoenix Point of Pride?

The Phoenix Pride Commission is calling for nominations for the upcoming Phoenix Points of Pride election. Nomination forms and a list of the existing 30 Phoenix Points of Pride are available at phoenix.gov/pride2008.

Completed nomination forms must be returned by Nov. 9 via e-mail, mail or faxed to the city’s Public Information Office. The Phoenix Pride Commission will review the nominations and select 10 locations that will be voted on by the public early in 2008. For more, call (602) 262-7176.
