Felix Opens Business

Carlos Felix and his partner Bill Kamboukos have opened the doors of Strategic Mortgage, a new business in Tempe. The fact that some mortgage companies are closing their doors did not deter the two from starting their business.

“That is why we teamed up to create Strategic Mortgage," says Felix. "Both of us have always done business ethically and focused our business upon building relationships with our clients.”
