Salt River Project and ASU have released the second annual Arizona Hispanic Business Study. This year the report offers a detailed look at the state's Hispanic women business owners. The survey's findings include:

- Hispanic-owned businesses in Arizona have median annual revenues of less than $250,000, four or fewer employees, and do business within their home state.

- One in four Hispanic-owned businesses has an annual revenue of more than $1 million.

- Less than half promote their Hispanic heritage or network with other business owners.

- Latina business owners say their top issues are finding good employees (11 percent), taxes/regulatory issues (8 percent), and expanding their business (6 percent).
