Two new developments bring energy-efficient homes to South Phoenix

Chicanos Por La Causa is helping to provide energy-efficient housing in Phoenix with two new housing developments in south Phoenix. Cardenas Villas at Yanche currently offers 46 single family homes with 3-  and 4-bedroom designs. Prices start in the mid $220,000s, and the development is located at 36th Street and Southern. CPLC can assist with down payment and closing costs. Another development, the Enclave at Silver Dollar, will be constructed in the Central Avenue and Baseline Road area.
