Burger King vet moves to Dunkin’
Cirabel Lardizábal Olson is the new senior director/community relations and multicultural initiatives for the Massachusetts-based Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., parent of Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. Her duties include ensuring her organization aligns with multicultural initiatives and leading its outreach to national, state, and community-based organizations that represent important constituencies, including franchisees and a more-diverse consumer base. Previously, she worked for Burger King Corp., where she led global internal and external multicultural, diversity, community relations and government relations efforts in the United States and more than 65 countries. Before that, she was served as marketing brand manager for Tropicana Products Inc., where she guided the creation and development of several new products, while successfully re-launching others.
