Arizona Chamber VP leaves for consulting firm

After serving as the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s senior vice president for public affairs, Jessica Pacheco has left to join the new Lincoln Strategy Group. She joins Republican strategist Nathan Sproul in creation of the firm. One of their first clients is Laura Knaperek, a Republican running in the District 5 Congressional race. While at the chamber, Pacheco was responsible for working closely with its members to carry out the group’s legislative agenda. She also has held positions at Pinnacle West Capital Corp. and subsidiary Arizona Public Service, the state’s largest investor-owned electric utility. While there, Pacheco was involved in franchise agreement negotiation and election processes, strategic planning, budget overview, border issues, and corporate community outreach. Pacheco also is on the board of the Maricopa Community College Foundation and is past chair of the Border Trade Alliance.
