Valley of the Sun United Way announced the promotion of Mary Lou Valenzuela to vice president of Marketing and Public Relations and Angelica Torrez to manager of Development Services.
Valenzuela formerly was public relations director. She will oversee the organization's public relations activities as well as provide strategic marketing direction for the Hispanic market as well as other key growth segments.
Torrez served as a development officer. She will manage donor relations with the Tocqueville Society, as well as manage the donor database for United Way.
