Morales joins TCF Bank

TCF Bank has hired Jose Morales as its community bank officer. Under his new position, Morales will help in the creation of the bank's Hispanic strategy in Arizona. He will also be responsible for building relationships with community organizations and businesses to establish the TCF Bank brand. Another key duty will be recruiting diverse candidates into bank employment. TCF Bank is based out of Minnesota and operates in seven states. Morales is the founder of Hispanic American Central.
