Lujan named pres

State Rep. David Lujan is the new board president of the Phoenix Union High School District Governing Board. The Phoenix Democrat has served on the district's governing board since 2002. Phoenix Union is the city's largest high school district, with about 25,000 students. Lujan is a member of the House of Representatives' Education (K-12) Committee.
