Chandler picks diversity crew

Leah Powell and Niki Tapia to head newly created diversity office

Chandler has created a diversity office to interact with the city's growing and diverse population. Leah Powell will head the office, and Niki Tapia will assist her. Tapia moves from her position as executive assistant in the city manager's office. Other responsibilities include recruiting diverse city job candidates and updating cultural diversity training.
