Border clothing store opens

Buffalo Exchange will open in outlet in Nogales, Ariz. The Tucson-based recycled fashion chain will pull from used and new merchandise that did not move from Buffalo Exchanges across the country and sell them at $10 or less at the new store. Unlike other Buffalo Exchange stores, the outlet will not accept trade or purchase items from customers. The store is located at the 441 N. Grand Ave., next to a shopping district.
