New sales executive at Tucson stations

Clear Channel Communications has promoted a sales executive to represent two of its Tucson radio stations. Steve Nuñez is now the local sales manager at La Preciosa KTZR (97.1 FM) and Tejano KXEW (1600 AM). Nuñez joined Clear Channel in January 2006 as an account executive and recently served as regional account executive in Phoenix for the Tucson stations. Before joining the company, he was general sales manager at La Raza KEVT (1030 AM) and weekend news reporter at KGUN-TV, Channel 9.
