Humana opens call center

Humana Inc. opened its new state-of-the-art call center for its RightSource home delivery mail-order prescription drug service. Located at 7333 S. Hardy Drive in the Tempe Commerce Park, the call center opened with 110 employees and is expected to grow to employ 450 staff associates. This year, RightSource will service 600,000 Humana Medicare and commercial health plan customers and anticipates filling nearly 6 million prescriptions.  Headquartered in Louisville, Humana is one of the nation’s largest health companies, with about 11.5 million medical members.
