New Children's Museum opens at Monroe school in Phoenix

Attention niños y niñas...and fully growns who are niños at heart. Imagination and the results of years of renovation at the historic Monroe School await you and your familia at the Children’s Museum of Phoenix’s grand opening on June 14-15. With a mission to engage young minds, the 70,000 square-foot museum features hands-on, interactive exhibits. This new attraction is at 215 N. 7th Street in downtown Phoenix, at the southeast corner of 7th Street and Van Buren. Admission is free all weekend long and museum hours are 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. daily.
