Campaign to benefit military seeks donations through July 6

Boots for Our Troops is a campaign to benefit military service personnel and veterans. Residents give donations while shopping and dining at more than 75 businesses in 25 Arizona cities. The campaign runs through July 6. Customers wishing to donate can purchase a paper-boot cutout to be displayed, for a minimum of $2. The funds raised will be distributed by Project We Remember, a non-profit group sponsoring the campaign, to local veterans service organizations that help Arizona military personnel and their families.
