Senior VP of PR named to Hispanic Chamber

The Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce recently announced the appointment of its executive board. They are: Robert Espiritu, American Express, chairman of the board; Alex Juarez, Qwest Communications, immediate past chairman; Isauro Gonzalez, US Bank, vice chairman; Lorrinda Gray-Davis, Perini Building Company, secretary; and Manny Wong, Asian Community Service, treasurer. The AZHCC also recently hired Joseph Ortiz as senior vice president of public relations and community affairs. Ortiz will conduct member and media relations within the East and West Valley communities, and establish partnerships with other community chambers in this area.
