Sonja Mazón Rubalcava is founder of her own company, Rubalcava Consulting Inc. The Chandler-based company specializes in life and business coaching for organizations and individuals. Rubalcava is currently director/strategic planning at Arvizu Advertising and has 20 years of leadership experience with AT&T.  She serves as a board member of the National Hispana Leadership Institute and the Hispanic Women’s Corp.
