Pacheco founds new firm

Jessica Pacheco has created a consulting and lobbying firm, Lincoln Strategy Group. Her partner in the new venture is Republican strategist Nathan Sproul. Pacheco leaves her role as senior vice president for public affairs at the Arizona Chamber of Commerce, with responsibility for lobbying the state Legislature. Previously she served in a variety of jobs at Arizona Public Service and past chair of the Border Trade Alliance.
