Garcia new CEO

Kevin Garcia has been promoted to the post of chief executive officer of Breault Research Organization, an optical engineering firm with its world headquarters in Tucson. Garcia previously was a senior optical engineer and director of engineering at Breault. He was involved in optical-design and analysis projects in the commercial, industrial and aerospace markets.
