Osuna heads mayor’s office

City of Phoenix Deputy City Manager Ruth Osuna has joined the mayor’s staff as his chief of staff.


“I am delighted that Ruth has agreed to join and lead our staff,” says Mayor Phil Gordon. “She has an extensive background in housing – which will be an area of our intense focus over the next four years.”

Before joining the city manager’s office last May, Osuna served as program director for the Local Initiatives Support Corporation in Phoenix.
