Qwest says it will lay off 367 employees at its Phoenix call centers.
Qwest says it will lay off 367 employees at its Phoenix call centers. The company recently gave 90-day notices to the employees, who took calls for sales, service and collections, says Jeff Mirasola, a Qwest spokesman.
