Frank Ruiz, a Yuma businessman, has purchased California Bakery and has big plans for the historic downtown building, the Yuma Sun reports. Those plans include a restaurant on the first floor, office space on the second floor and a patio lounge on the rooftop with a panoramic view of the riverfront, says Ruiz.
