New cafe and boutique

On April 6 (First Friday), the Dulce Bean Café and the Dragonfly Funky Urban Boutique will hold a grand opening at 1714 E. Van Buren in Phoenix. The stores will be managed by Yolanda and Gabriel Diaz. Attorney Otilia Diaz has ownership interest in the businesses and building. The Dulce Bean is a café/deli with a modern Latino flair, art gallery, wi-fi and outdoor patio. The boutique will feature trendy, upscale clothes and accessories for women and men.
